Meet Kristi

With a background in Psychology from Hendrix College, I built my real estate business around a simple belief: the best real estate decisions begin with understanding the people making them.

As an Austin real estate agent serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Texas, I take a thoughtful, highly personal approach to every move. To me, a home is more than square footage, finishes, and a sales price. It is the setting for how you want to live.

Whether you are buying your first home, looking for something that better fits your next chapter, exploring new construction, or preparing a property to sell, I want to understand both the practical details and the bigger picture behind your move. My approach is hands-on when you need it, strategic when it matters, and always centered around clear communication and candid advice.

Much of my business comes from repeat clients and refer rals, which I consider one of the greatest compliments I can receive. I love being the person clients call not only during a  transaction, but years later when they have a question, need a recommendation, or are ready for whatever comes next.

My appreciation for homes extends well beyond real estate. I am an enthusiastic DIYer and native gardener with a love for thoughtful design, interesting architecture, craftsmanship, and seeing the potential in a space. That perspective naturally shapes the way I evaluate properties for buyers and approach the presentation and marketing of homes for sellers.

Outside of real estate, I am happiest traveling somewhere new, camping, swimming, playing volleyball or spikeball, working in my garden, or spending time with my dog, Ivan. I have always been drawn to the outdoors and the little things that make life feel more interesting. Even the frog in my branding is a nod to that part of me; curious, a little unexpected, and happiest when there is room to explore.

I believe the right home should give you both a sense of place and a starting point for whatever comes next.
